David Lichtenger
David Lichtenger is an active real estate investor as well as a proven entrepreneur and CEO with over 30 years of finance, real estate, and construction experience. He has a well-established track record in Non-Agency RMBS, Residential Fix and Flip, multi-family, and single-family rental.
He is currently the Managing Partner of both U. S. Residential Opportunity Fund LP and Intrepid Capital Investments. In 2019, David launched Boost Lending, a new commercial lending company. In addition, David has ownership interests in commercial, multi-family and single-family residential investments throughout the country. He controls or has had an equity interest in over 4300 single family homes and multi-family units. David has been involved in various capacities in building well over 5 million square feet of commercial and residential projects throughout his career. Prior to starting IFS (Design Build Company) in 1999, David was involved in various real estate development projects in New York City as well as founding and managing his own contracting company.
David has been active in many not-for- profits and associations including Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research SIEPR (Advisory Board), The Hoover Institution, The Institute of World Politics, Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy, Silicon Valley Leadership Group (SVLG), Sheriffs’ Advisory Board of Santa Clara County, East Palo Alto Tennis and Tutoring (EPATT) Board Member, LifeMoves (formerly InnVision Shelter Networks) Board Member and The Triple "C" Foundation (Board & Founder). He was also the Chairman of the Scientific & Medical Research Facilities Working Group of the California Institute of Regenerative Medicine (CIRM); David oversaw the bid process and award of over $300 Million Dollars to build twelve Stem Cell Research Facilities across California. The total project costs of these Stem Cell Facilities exceeded $1.1 Billion Dollars. David attended Rutgers University and Columbia University. David is the father of two adult sons, and resides in Palo Alto, California with his wife Sylvia.
