Jeff has 45+ years of business management leadership, starting with his own homebuilding company at age 26. He then grew several companies with his personal experience, including all segments of commercial and residential general contracting and development, sales, marketing, accounting, finance, capital markets, asset and property management, personal training programs, and profitability growth and enhancement. Jeff’s efforts have typically led to industry disruption, national growth and market share dominance.

Jeff Cline is the Co-Founder of SVN | SFRhub Marketplace, a national specialty CRE advisory, which typically manages a 2+ billion pipeline of existing SFR scattered assets as well as dedicated BFR community portfolios of five or more homes. The listing and data digital platform has introduced changes in how the industry markets, researches, analyzes, values and acquires SFR/BFR portfolio investment. Jeff Cline’s 45+ years of industry expertise include owning and managing successful commercial real estate marketing companies, overseeing residential and commercial development and homebuilding, leading a large-scale building materials supply company, and spearheading general commercial construction segments. Commercial property segments include multifamily apartments, condominiums, mid-rise, office buildings, industrial/warehouse, retail shopping centers and SFR/BFR portfolios. Jeff has been a principal in $1.5B+ (adjusted to current market value) of commercial real estate and construction and property funding, as well as leading the effort in creating an SFR/BFR portfolio pipeline of approximately $2 billion.

Jeff is a member of the Forbes® Business and Real Estate Councils as well as co-chair of SVNIC | SFR Product Council. Jeff has been recognized as 2021 Global Innovator of the Year and received the 2021-2022-2023 SVNIC Partners & Presidents Circle awards.
