I am also an experienced commercial/residential real estate appraiser with 37 years of experience (27 years in commercial and 10 years in residential). I have a California Real Estate broker’s license (since 1990). My wife and I also own 12 homes together, 11 are long term SFR’s in Los Angeles area.
