Stephanie serves as the Chief Revenue Officer of Kiavi, one of the nation’s largest private lenders to residential real estate investors (REIs) with over $22B in funded loans. By harnessing the power of data & technology, Kiavi (formerly known as LendingHome) offers REIs a simpler, more reliable, and faster way to access the capital they need to scale their businesses.
In her role, Stephanie leads all revenue-driving functions at Kiavi, including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Pricing. Prior to joining Kiavi in 2020, she served as Head of Bridge Lending for CoreVest Finance, where she worked directly with customers to develop new loan products to meet the changing needs of REIs. She has also held revenue-driving leadership positions at GE, Marriott International, and Green Street Advisors. 

Stephanie was honored as a 2023 Woman of Influence by HousingWire, which recognizes the outstanding efforts of women making notable contributions to drive the housing economy forward. As a real estate investor herself with a growing single family rental property portfolio in Arizona and California, Stephanie is passionate about helping others live better through real estate. Stephanie is a certified Pilates instructor and resides in Scottsdale, AZ.
